Lisa McInnis

Background – Well I didn’t stray far, as I was born and raised in PEI, and still call this amazing place my home.

Spinning – I always wanted to try out a spin class, but was way too nervous and shy to do so. In 2011 I finally got the nerve to start spinning at MacQueen’s. My only regret was that I didn’t start spinning sooner. I really loved the atmosphere and the camaraderie that the class provided. I started teaching spin in late 2014, and became an instructor at MacQueen’s in January 2017.

Favourite Activities – My primary passion is cycling. I take part in road cycling, mountain and fat biking. That goes without saying that I have a fond love for running, swimming, skiing and CrossFit. Basically I’m into anything that keeps me active and social.

Class Description – Cycling specific foundations are the central building blocks of my classes. I try to emulate the closest experience to a true, but challenging, bike ride. If you hop on board with my crew and I, you will put in an honest 45-60 minutes of challenging work and have a smile for the rest of the day.
